Emotional health, or mental well-being, is about how you're feeling and how well you can cope with your day to day life.
At St Gregory's Catholic High School, we take the pastoral care of our pupils seriously. We believe in offering everyone the support they need to realise their potential and cope with the stresses of life.
The Augustine Centre is open from 8 a.m. each morning. Pupils are welcome to pop in before registration for a chat. It is a time in the day for pupils to sit, gather their thoughts and sort out any worries.
Drop in Sessions
Mrs McSorley holds drop in sessions at lunch time. Pop in for a chat or plan a one to one appointment.
Please contact Mrs McSorley if you have any questions or concerns.
